- Option 1: Split Step Stance (0:30)
            - Initiated as the BatsmanStrikes the Ball (0:31)
            - Feet Parallel to Enable Lateral Movement (e.g. Goal Keeper) (0.33)
            - Weight on the Balls of the Feet with the Knees Bent and Hips Lowered to Establish a Strong and
              Balanced Base (0:40)
            - To be Used in Fielding Positions that Require More Lateral Movement (e.g. Point and Cover)
 
- Option 2: Sprinter's Stance (0:59)
            - Initiated as the Batsman Strikes the Ball (1:00)
            - Staggered Footwork to Enable Quick Acceleration into the Ball (1:03)
            - To be used within Fielding Positions and Stages of the Game where Attacking the Ball is More Likely
 
Pick-up and Footwork:
1. Attacking the Ball Without Lateral Movement (1:24):
           - Attacking the Ball with a Low Body Position (1:26)
           - Pick-up the Ball in Front to Allow Momentum to Transition into a Throwing Base (1:36)
           - Replacing the Ball with the Backfoot (1:41)
           - Two Steps After Collection Aligned to the Target to Initiate the Throw (1:50)
 
2. Attacking the Ball with Lateral Movement to the Left (2:08):
           - Attacking the Ball with a Low Body Position (2:11)
           - Pick-up the Ball in Front to Allow Momentum to Transition into a Throwing Base (2:17)
